I thought about that, when I was designing this. I wanted Ursula to be old enough to have vague memories of her birth parents and the ruckus with Morgan but not understand it, so it's easy for Sir Electra to sweep her under a rug for safekeeping. But we also need Morwenna, and it's more challenging to navigate a pregnancy than just having Arthur boink someone. That got me thinking of Morgan as a very young May King, really just at the point where he's starting to have wet dreams. So yes, that would logically put Ursula in her late teens when they got together, and then she finds the shield at the very end of her teens.

It does vary somewhat. Also consider that, because the age of adulthood used to be a lot younger, bumping up the age a bit actually keeps the feel of it more similar.
