Dear iTunes: Yes, I understand that you love "The Christians and the Pagans." I love it too. But it's JUNE, and you've played (or tried to play) it every day for the last four days. Furthermore, I have two different versions of it, and I can tell that it is the same version every time.

Now that I think about it, you also played "End of the Summer" today. Are you trying to tell me something, Dar Williams and iTunes? Am I in the wrong season somehow? Should I be traveling to the southern hemisphere?

Hmm, I do have a lot of friends Down Under... and in New Zealand...

(Post title is irrelevant. I've just really been wanting to quote that somewhere.)

ETA: Now it's playing S. J. Tucker's "Cold Sunshine." I don't know what it's trying to tell me, but I don't think I'm supposed to deal with summer...
