I'm not really sure why this works, but I seem to be reading a lot more books now that I have a full-time job. Maybe that quasi-forced break for lunch is helping.

Er, also, this month appears to have four DNF books, so it might also help that I'm deliberately working my way through some ebooks that I downloaded back when I first got my Kindle...

I find that the most stressed I am and more I have going on, the more I read to destress.

Yeah, that does make a lot of sense. I know that if I'm not reading, I get way more anxious! And work is certainly stressful a lot of the time.
