A friend on another forum put the idea into my head of making a Choose Your Own Adventure fitness program (for myself, using only workouts selected by me).

This is taking up way too much space in my brain and I wish I knew how to do it exactly the way I want...

That's good. I need to fit more yoga in since it's pretty good for you and it's really what I need for my horseback riding because I have the strength in my legs and gut to do well but the flexibility I need to work on. I use to do Yoga all the time but now that I'm not going to classes it's a bit harder to motivate myself. I'll have to look into the Yoga Revolution challenge.

I think having options for particular days is a good idea because after awhile if you keep doing the same stuff you drop it. I'm hoping this spring I can relearn how to ride a bike. We have a bunch of bike trails that I walk/jog down all the time but I'd like to use it for biking. Although right now, because it's winter, I have no motivation. Like right now we are in the middle of an ice storm and we can't go anywhere so I'm just playing on the internet instead of working out. Any other time of year I can motivate myself.
