Date: 2017-01-13 04:43 pm (UTC)I think having options for particular days is a good idea because after awhile if you keep doing the same stuff you drop it. I'm hoping this spring I can relearn how to ride a bike. We have a bunch of bike trails that I walk/jog down all the time but I'd like to use it for biking. Although right now, because it's winter, I have no motivation. Like right now we are in the middle of an ice storm and we can't go anywhere so I'm just playing on the internet instead of working out. Any other time of year I can motivate myself.
