My hundred-year-old great-aunt recently had to move out of her apartment, where she lived alone, to a nursing home. My family is now clearing out the apartment. Today my husband drove up to meet my mom and load our new-to-us huge, beautiful bureau and matching bedside table into her van. My parents will be bringing it down on the weekend. I'll be using it to replace one of my aging IKEA bureaus, and uh... I don't know where we're going to stick the table. But my husband is very excited about it.
