What I hate about you

You know what I hate about Kevin Lynch? Besides his awful fashion sense, the fact that he's probably the worst-written character on the entire show, and the fact that he's dating Garcia instead of Morgan, I mean.
He keeps trying to take Garcia away.
In one episode, I can't remember which, he surprises her with dinner in her apartment and tries to get her to take a vacation with him. Reasonable, I guess. In "Roadkill," he's got that interview for some position overseas, and tries to get her to apply to the same place. Then in the last episode, he wants her to retire with him and move to a farm. (A farm? Two hacker geeks? Really?)
It's like the writers want us all to hate him. Maybe they're planning to break him and Garcia up so she can get together with Morgan. We can only hope.
