Ehehehe. This one makes me giggle every time I see it, and someday I will write a fic about it. I can't recall which episode of Criminal Minds this shot is from, though the hair suggests season 3 or 4. (The character, for those unfamiliar, is Dr. Spencer Reid, my TV boyfriend.) It's just... awesome. Reid's hands are always moving, and this is probably the single funniest configuration they've ever been in, at least with this perfect caption.
Also from Criminal Minds, this would be Reid with Penelope Garcia, hacker extraordinaire with the most glorious cleavage on television. This is from the episode "Reckoner," in which Reid, who's been shot in the knee, is forced to stay behind while the rest of the team goes to work the case in New York. ("You said the doctor cleared you to fly." "I am a doctor, so technically it wasn't a lie.") They are both such wonderful nerds that I would probably ship them no matter what, but this is absolutely the shippiest episode for them that exists. Oddly, neither of them is wearing glasses in this shot (though Reid rarely wears glasses anymore anyway).
This is Agent Olivia Dunham from Fringe. I haven't actually watched all of Fringe, so I don't have as much to say about this one, but it's true; Olivia has a sex life and she is still incredibly badass. (This applies to JJ from Criminal Minds too, though she's a bit more peripheral than Olivia is.)
Abby (hot goth forensic scientist) and Gibbs (Marine sniper, now hypercompetent investigator) from NCIS. No idea what episode this shot is from; there are so many scenes in which Gibbs kisses Abby on the cheek, mostly for doing a good job and/or cracking the case. Because that's what Abby does. Also, this is adorable. I am personally quite happy to see Abby and Gibbs' relationship as either a parental one or a sexual and/or romantic one. Just not both at the same time, please. ("I know it's wrong, but something about that silver hair..." "Excuse me a minute, I think I'm going to throw up." "Oh, Tony, I was kidding. Except about Gibbs's hair. That is really hot." YES I WATCH A LOT OF TV SHUT UP)
The Hunger Games! Peeta says this! "Pastry, the final defense of the dying." See, his family are bakers, and he's really, really good at it, especially cake decorating. Unfortunately, he doesn't think this will be of much use to him in the reality-show-battle-royale that is the titular Games. (Spoiler alert: it totally is.)
