56. In the Night Garden by Catherynne M. Valente - *****
57. Insurgent by Veronica Roth - ***
58. Pink Smog by Francesca Lia Block - ***
59. A History of Violence by John Wagner - ***
60. Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick - *** 1/2
61. A Lady Can Never Be Too Curious by Mary Wine - ** 1/2
62. Spell Bound by Rachel Hawkins - ****
Huh, thought I didn't read much in August, but that's a fair amount of books. Especially since I finished them all. I finally got to read Spell Bound, after checking it out of the library twice before and failing to read it before I had to return it! And it was really good--I definitely recommend that trilogy, which starts with Hex Hall, to YA fantasy fans.
State of the TBR: 199

It does make me wish that the next book would hurry the hell up, because I'm interested to see how the entire thing wraps up. If it wraps up.
So yes. Definitely a middle book, but I still enjoyed it!
